The Research Existed.
The Products Did Not.
AmpleLab was built to fill a specific gap - copper peptide formulations made at concentrations the research actually supports, with no filler ingredients, no glycol carriers, and nothing hidden on the label.
The absence was the brief.
AmpleLab started with a single search: a proper 1% AHK-Cu serum. The scientific basis for AHK-Cu in follicle health and hair cycle support is well-documented, but the product itself, formulated at the concentration the research actually cites, in a carrier clean enough to use alongside microneedling, was almost impossible to find.
That absence was the brief. If the research exists and the product does not, make the product. GHK-Cu followed the same logic: extensive literature on collagen synthesis and skin remodelling, but the available serums were either underdosed, built on proprietary blends, or carrying glycol solvents that limit how they can be used. 2dDR addressed a further gap, targeting vascular support and follicle circulation with an active that barely exists in the topical market at all.
Every formulation decision traces back to published research - not convention, not trends, and not what is easiest to manufacture.
Non-negotiable from the start
Every active is formulated at a level cited in published studies - not the minimum required to list it on the label. GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu are both at 1% (10 mg/mL), within the range used in clinical research on topical copper peptide application.
No propylene glycol, propanediol, or pentylene glycol. These solvents are incompatible with microneedling protocols - a common use case for copper peptides - and cause sensitivity reactions in a meaningful number of people. The carrier is aqueous: glycerin and sodium hyaluronate. Clean enough for needling. Broadly tolerated.
Every ingredient is listed in full. No proprietary blend hiding amounts. No trade name obscuring what is in the formula. What is on the label is everything that is in the bottle - nothing more, nothing less.
All AmpleLab formulations are produced at a UK facility. Batch number and best before date are printed on the base of every bottle. The supply chain is short and traceable.
Three active systems. Nothing else.
Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine copper complex at 1% in a glycol-free aqueous base. Targets collagen and elastin remodelling, wound repair, and antioxidant activity in skin tissue. Compatible with microneedling protocols.
