Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve this promptly.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned products for resale.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
